Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011. She is best known for her character Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward - a teen drama comedy show on television. Tarlov is the youngest daughter and was born in Manhattan. Tarlov began her professional career at the age of 10 when she was Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was very well received by seven grade students. The actress studied at Paris as a student at NYU Tisch as well as spent the summers of her teenage years at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College granted her a bachelor's in the field of theatre. The school she attended was The Atlantic Theater Company and was able to incorporate writing into her performance during The LAByrinth Theater Master Course. Molly switched her dark jacket for a pair of sunglasses before leaving for Los Angeles. A three-word part in iCarly immediately caught the attention at her family members. Since then, she's appeared in a number of TV shows as well as Caitlin as the lead character in Winnie and Savannah Dooley's ABC Family show Huge. Molly is a professional basketball athlete who believes she's better than she really is. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
