Dwayne was the pastor who founded at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he started in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is the Director of Pastoral Care. As well as pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for developing the future generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online pieces as well as a co-author on Christ Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three kids.
